The student of the month for November is Kermit Junior High School student, Jose Antillon. He is the son of Ramiro and Cynthia Antillon.
Jose is currently a member of the tennis, basketball, and track & field teams, competing in the pole vault.
Some of Jose’s hobbies and interests include playing video games with his friends.
Jose is undecided about which college to attend.

Amari Shelton-Queen, the December Rotary Student of the Month for Kermit Junior High, is the daughter of Sheri Shelton.
Amari is involved in cheerleading, UIL, and volleyball.
Amari’s interest and hobbies include playing sports, spending time with family and friends, and watching movies.
Amari’s plans for the future are to go to attend the University of Houston to earn a degree in counseling or education.
